    They were fantast...

    They were fantastic with my cat!!! My cat is tempremental, hates cats and new people. They were so patient with him. Thank you so much. I will for sure use you guys again.

    My ferret Lufa wa...

    My ferret Lufa was well looked after, they sent me pictures of her while we were away in Mexico. They also mentioned that she joined them up at the front desk occasionally. I'm glad to here that she was played with often (2 times a day for about 1/2 a hour each time). We will be returning when we have to leave for our next trip.

    Caring, clean, reliable

    Szofi is very well cared for at Springbank Pet Resort. As she has special needs (blind), it is always difficult to leave her when we travel. I don't have any worries because she comes home healthy, happy and clean; an added bonus for us is that the groomer is knowledgeable about Komondors. I would say their prices are good; Szofi has daily medications. Personnel are very personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

    Cooper had a great time, evidenced by the fact that he has slept a lot since i picked him up. very happy to see me and easy transition home. just wish there was more flexibility in pickup times.
