Loved the facility and staff. Our dog seemed happy and tired upon returning to us. Will use Springbank Pet Resort again

Thank you to all the staff and caregivers at Springbank Pet Resort for once again taking care of Finn and Sox, our two Catahoula Leopard Dogs. It is very important to us to know that our dogs are safe and well cared for while we are away. Without this peace of mind we would not be able to enjoy our vacation. We love the Instagram posts and appreciate the fast response to our emails when we check up on them every few days. They'll be back to visit again soon!

We've been taking our dog Chester to Springbank Pet Resort foclose to ten years and each visit has been excellent! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the facility is perfect. It's very clean and always smells fresh. We appreciate knowing there are on-site vets, as well as on site grooming. Maggie in grooming is awesome! Chester is an older pet and the staff provide him with everything he needs to make his stay comfortable and stress-free. Thank you all!

Took my young and at times anxious dog there for a 1 night sleep over and he loved it. Staff were wonderful and my dog was more than happy. We will defiantly come back.
