Avoid any building managed by this company. They ignore complaints and are anti-tenant/resident.

They stopped the leak and repaired my home in a timely manner. The workers were courteous and clean. They made a bad situation as good as it could be.

They are very involved in the community hosting many events for residents.

If you are looking to buy a townhouse condo make sure Maple Ridge community management is not incharge. We have owned our house since October have sent more emails then I can count, not to mention all the phone calls that went unanswered. When I got answers the very next day answers were changed. But then again how is a company going to take care of a property when they can't even manage their own office. Since October I believe the representative has changed 3 or 4 times. So if Maple Ridge Community Management is incharge run and don't look back
