Panel..could not fix it. ..he said nedd a part..take 3-4days to get it..waited 10days.. leavig fwe massages..no replay. .called a nother service man..come the some day..he find out (George TOOK PARTS OUT OF THE OVEN ) what has nothing to do with the problem ...THEY HAD TO BE REPLACED. .WOS EXPENSIVE. .

I've always had the best experience with Fred. I purchased my appliances from their original business in Cobden decades ago and Fred still maintains them for me. Hes answered calls as late as 9 at night and I know my parents need his help on a regular basis. He gets it done the first time and I trust him with my house while I'm gone at work during the day
If I could give less I would. This is the company who unfortunately is in charge of fixing my machine that is hnder warranty still. It has now been broke. For over a month, and every time someone comes to fix it a new issue pops up that is causing the same issue. As someone in the service industry they should be looking at things as a whole. If all parts were not recognized the first time as being broke. They should have been the second time. We are now still waiting for a part that was "express shipped" going over a week now.
Having two small children a washing machine is a nessecity to my daily life and we have now been without one for over a month.
