I work and travel all over norther Ontario and I stay in way too many hotels/motels. I have to say that Patsy and Rick are without a doubt the best motel owners I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with. I was staying there for almost a month, they made sure I always had a BBQ outside my door, ice after work, even made stew and shared it with me so I’d have a home cooked meal! Their house keeper even washed my dishes if I left any in the sink! I honestly can not say enough about this motel. Read more

We stayed here on our last leg of our journey from BC to Ontario. My husband had stayed here before and he was impressed! When we got there we get their last room, a chalet, which should be called a house!! Amazing! Not much more I can say except amazing! I have been to Waterfalls Lodge 6 or 7 times and have stayed a week each time. All of their cabins are located right on the water and they have about 10,000 acres of water on 7 adjoining lakes. Most times I go there I catch tons of HUGE smallmouth bass and lots of Walleye. The food is totally awesome and all of it is made from scratch. The Boats are some of the best I have fished from. We go there on the American Plan which includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. If you are interested in a great meal, great fishing, and a relaxing vacation then be sure to check out Waterfalls Lodge. The last couple of years we have come around the end of September and the leaves are absolutely spectacular. Read more

We were looking for a nice spot to enjoy a long weekend of camping and ended up returning numerous times over the summer of 2022. The campground was quite and the new owners are very friendly. Enjoyed the stunning sunsets over the lake and watching the herons catching their daily meals each evening in the shallow waters near the shore.
