Our power-venter went on our furnace. We knew it was going to and were lining up tradespeople to do a switchover, unfortunately they took months to get back to us and it became too late. We were without heat and hot-water with young kids in the house. Ace Chimney was at our place within two days of calling them with a brand new chimney perfectly installed and they even arranged for a furnace person to come and hook up the wiring.
