This daycare is a very special place who love all their kids and families and are extremely inclusive. As far as preparing my child for school, I think they did a bang up job as they helped his confidence in new situations and allowed his to make decisions while also focusing on science and art. This is a very wonderful daycare and we feel so blessed to have found them. Read more

B&D Montessori has been the most beneficial decisions to our daughters upbringing. The values, lessons, and skills learned during her time there (age 3-5) have made our little girl more confident in her practical skills as well as being advanced in the beginning stages of her primary learning.
The teachers and facility are top notch, clean, professional and always looking out for the best interest of the children.
I highly recommend B&D Montessori Learning Academy Read more

123 ABC Infant Toddler Daycare in Coquitlam is absolutely fantastic. The best daycare my daughter has attended yet!!
My daughter attended this daycare for about a year and she absolutely loved it there. I had looked at many others before I found this Daycare Centre and none of them appeared to be as comfortable, loving and down-to-earth as this one. The only reason she isn't there anymore is because I moved far away.
The staff at the center were incredible; they were all very passionate, loving and gentle with the kids. You could tell that they cared deeply about them. The Daycare itself was very clean and offered a huge selection of toys & learning tools to help with their different stages of development.
It was a hugely rewarding experience for me & my daughter as she learned so much while she was there and I went to work everyday relaxed; knowing that she was being well cared for .My husband and I would strongly, without reservation, recommend 123 ABC Infant Toddler Daycare to any parent looking for an awesome daycare!!Read more

Four steps to finding childcare services in Port Moody BC
The confirmation is in: the stork will be flying overhead in a few months. Quick! It’s time to get looking for childcare services. That’s no joke; your return to work will come fast enough, and daycare waiting lists are long in Port Moody BC.
Step one: Listen Word of mouth is always a good starting point. If you have friends who already have children in childcare services, ask them how they found their babysitter or daycare centre. Get several points of view so you can make a list of all the advantages and disadvantages of each kind of child care provider.
Step two: Browse the Internet and newspapers A search on your provincial government’s family services website may turn up a list of regulated childcare services in Port Moody BC. You can also find information on their website about financial assistance for child care. Whether regulated or not, home daycares sometimes advertise in newspapers or on community websites providing information on available space.
Step three: Visit See if it’s possible to visit the daycares or home child care facilities you’re considering. Ask lots of questions and gather information about their policies on the following things:
Staff training
Emergency care plans
Hygiene and cleanliness
Food and allergies
Hours of operation
Accessibility for children with special needs
Late pick-up policy
Step four: Register Once you’ve made the rounds of the childcare services available in Port Moody BC, it’s time to pick the ones you like best and put your name on their waiting lists. Depending on the situation in your area, it may be a good idea to put your name on several lists. In the meantime, make the most of your pregnancy to get ready and be sure to enjoy every precious minute at home with your baby.
