Dominion Carpet Cleaning Saskatoon

Worst carpet cleaning service ever! They had me waiting for hours and show up with the dirtiest machines I have ever seen. Was my carpet left clean? NOT at all. In addition, these people charge twice as much with the 'extras'. I will never use this business again. NOT recommended

Very upset about their service

I had a very bad experience dealing with Dominion Carpet Cleaning. The guy who did the cleaning showed up 3 hours late, and asked to double the price for special care on the stains. Never said anything about those stains may not come out even with the so called "special carpet cleaning product" he uses. The whole service took less than a hour, then he told me stains cannot be removed. I called and complained to the company, they asked the cleaning guy to call me and redo the stains, the guy scheduled time with me and I had to schedule half day off to stay at home and wait for him, and he just called by the end of the day saying he couldn't make it. After all the trouble I went through, I spend 3 times(including money I lost for taking a half day off from work) as the price they put up on ads, and get a very unsatisfied service. I hope no one else would ever have to experience what I experienced.
