Groupe Beaulne agreed to provide snow removal service as discussed via several emails in French. I specifically asked for a snow blower service to remove knee high snow from my cottage driveway. Groupe Beaulne did not remove the snow from my driveway instead he used a snow plow to push the snow down my driveway and piled it in front of my house. He did not even clear access to my garage which was still blocked by snow. He charged $200 for his unsatisfactory service and refused to finish the job
