After so many years of my family and I being loyal and appreciative patients, understandingly, due to Covid19, our spring appointments got moved many times until lastly it was canceled voicemail until further notice...Feeling forgotten, I have left messages at the beginning of September and finally, I receive a call from secretary Catherine who was unapologetic, not willing to speak English and rude. To the point that she said I will call you when I have time and hung disrespectfully to my face.
