I'm appauled!! Purchased a hat for Halloween for $22.95, (order# A133098) and it is in horrible condition. Glue coming apart at the seams , sequins falling off!! You can't even blame it on rough shipping, as it was packaged properly in hard CLEAR plastic!How the shipper could even send it knowing it looked this way is disgusting. Now i have to try and find another hat in a week. Proof is in the pics...Never again Oya! Do better!
I bought a costume to attend the comiccon. It was very easy to chose the costume since there is a detailed description of each item with the sizing chart. The quality is better than expected. Their customer service is excellent and I love how quick they are to respond to concerns and questions. It is very personalized. They take the time to make you feel as if you are special. Plus I really love how the item is beautifully packaged.
Great company, great services and great costumes! I got a Harry Potter Slytherin robe last year and loved it, it floated behind me when I walked like an actual wizard cape. Would absolutely recommend!
Great experience, my girlfriend and I got matching prince and princess costumes, and we loved them. Great service, fast delivery, staff is super friendly, I had to call in because my costume was too small, and it was really easy to exchange it. Would recommend, will order again next year

The site was concise and easy to use to find what I was looking for. And when I ordered my costume it came within 2 days and was great quality. Most of Oya Costumes' competitors I contacted when I needed a costume were very unhelpful and borderline arrogant. But despite the heavy demand, the staff at Oya Costumes proved to be friendly and genuinely wanted to help. I was very happy with their service!

BEWARE - Totally NOT satisfied with this place, I bought Clown shoes and they arrived in a plastic bag, so of course they were BOTH damaged. Then it takes them days to respond and now they will only refund 1/2 the shoe price and not my shipping costs. BEWARE don't buy from them!!
Hi Julie, we are sorry about the defect with the clown shoes. We offered to pick up the shoes at our expense and give you full refund. Unfortunately we can't specify exactly what time FedEx would come, although we did offer as well for FedEx to pick it up from your work address or any other address. As you chose instead to keep it, we extended a 50% off. We are sorry about the inconvenience.

My order came within 3 days with the FedEx ground shipping options (I live in Ontario and it was shipped from Montreal). I was so happy to have such fast service without paying an extra fee! My costume fit perfectly and was a great price (I had compared it to prices of competitors before purchasing.) I definitely recommend !
My order was processed and shipped on the same day I placed it, and arrived extra fast and in perfect condition. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

I recently bought my wig and contact lenses for a costume I was doing. They have a great selection and very good prices. I called upon some inquiry for the contacts since i wasn't sure of the color and they were very nice and helpful over the phone. J'ai fait une commande il n'y a pas longtemps et je n'ai eu que de très bonnes surprises! Tout d'abord il y a un très bon rapport qualité prix, puis j'ai été impressionnée par le peu de temps qu'il faut pour recevoir le costume, très bon service téléphonique, et on a même le droit à un très bel emballage! Rien à dire!
