Here, we drink well and we eat well. As a starter, you can opt for a flaky wild mushroom pastry or smoked sausage with apples and caramelised onions. We then move on to a smoked ham, spinach and leek gratin, a buffalo burger with rhubarb chutney, honey-roasted salmon and a ratatouille. And if you still have room: there's a pouding chômeur or choco-stout cake.- 21$

Polish the cutlery and dress up nice for the Poutine royale. It’s a dish for two, and it needs to be, with its braised boar shank, confit duck leg sauce and foie gras Black Watch beer sauce (with shallots, rosemary and blueberry jam). Don’t forget to greet the crowd along the way.
