Bar Le St-Edouard welcomes you to their restaurant. Their bar is the ideal location for after dinner drinks. They are open nightly from Monday to Saturday.
Le St-Édouard is a neighborhood bar located on Rosemont Boulevard near St-Hubert. The young bar, which opened in 2012, is already a staple of Montreal nightlife. That's certainly due to Damien Berger, one of the bars founders. Between 2005 and 2011, Damien rose through the ranks at Diable Vert, moving up from promoter to manager. He built up a network that allowed him to launch Le St-Édouard with his partners and make the bar into a success.
After working as an ambassador for the Perrier brand, Damien found he missed the world of bars. While he was looking for a project in Rosemont, an opportunity presented itself when the Dakota — an old tavern once located where LeSt-Édouard is now — closed its doors. "What was lacking was a bar that offered an interesting alternative to those in The Plateau and Old Montreal. The neighborhood is full of young professionals who were looking for a warm and friendly neighborhood bar, that's how the project was born," Damien says.
