I cancelled my account after 2 years because I had enough of being overcharged for everything. It’s a seasonal business but they just rip and tear. I’m giving 1 star due to the emails I received after cancelling my account. Including one with a meme stating, “If you think a professional is expensive, wait until you hire an amateur”. Getting snarky in your emails definitely does not portray your professionalism.
These guys know what it is to run a company. Right from the get go on the phone, I knew they would be there on time, and solve my problem. They were on time and really fun to deal with. They fixed my filter in 45 minutes and even stuck around to answer questions, that other companies could never answer in previous years. When you find the right service provider, it comes natural to refer them to all our friends. Thanks!
