I read these other reviews and was shocked. I have been going to this place for years. The Manager is great she takes time to help me with my problems either with advise of a needed part at low prices then the other surrounding shops in the area. I have had a replacement liner cover done by the owner and he has also talked me through repairs for my pool and hot tub. So trust me when I say they are great to deal with and my first call each and every time.
If you go there looking for service make sure to not deal with Rogers’ wife/ manager. Nothing but nastiness spews from her. To say she isn’t helpful is being complimentary.
I was sold the wrong part TWICE and told it was my fault. The manager became argumentative and spoke to me like a child when I called to address the issue. When I went back to return the part the clerk inadvertently told me that they had sold me the wrong part. The Manager blamed the manufacturer and offered no apologies for the way she spoke to me or my inconvenience. I will never shop here again and will advise everyone I know to do the same. Lack of knowledge and deplorable customer service.
Had an argument with the owner over a project I was hoping to complete. Staff and owner looked at me like I was stupid... I could hear the staff whispering to the owner as we approached the counter (why care? I'm buying a bunch of stuff, It's something I would like to accomplish), had a bunch of stuff on the counter and then wouldn't sell me anything after the owner decided I needed to purchase more things I didn't need.. I have been a customer since their previous location, around the late 90's. I first approached the owner after feeling I was being taken advantage of by the company I purchased our pool from. Dave was very helpful and straight forward. I have had Dave come out for two service calls and unlike other dealers... he actually came when he said he would. Sandy, Dave and all their staff are very knowledgeable, professional and equally as important very cheerful. I have never had a neg experience!
Have used their services for 6 years running and it seems every time I call I get poor customer service as if I am putting them out by being a loyal customer.
