Walking in to the store was so overwhelming! I had no idea where to start but the staff was very helpful in guiding me in the right direction. They have great design insight and found the perfect finishes for my home. Would recommend this store to anyone!
Great service from all the sales staff! I walked in not entirely sure on what I wanted to do and they were able to give me some great advice on how to get started and lead me in the right direction. Very happy will definitely be coming back for future projects
Our builder used this supplier and the quality of hardwood floor they have used is so bad. after a month of moving to a new house the wood protrude, and we made a complaint to Plaza Ontario their's no action they will not replace because according to them because of humidity. I don't think this is due to humidity because if its due to humidity then all the floors will react the same. NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT. we paid high because we chose to have an upgraded floor.
Terrible Experience, my builder used this company and it was awful. They put the wrong floor down in two different rooms, and then asked if I could live with it. Didn't order hardwoods for my mastered room and asked if I was OK with carpet or quarter round. They had to come back multiple times to fix their mistakes. They didn't level my shower floor so had to tear it back up and start again. The installer did not care about my home and had 0 respects for me or my home.AND so much more,outofspace
WOW!!!... I knew this place was a floor place but when I walked in they have lighting, kitchen stuff and closet place!!... ALSO an interior designer helped us make our decision!!... what a difference from the big stores where no one is around or knows anything!... ALSO their prices we BETTER!
