Bought LG appliances from The Brick Whitby. Adam the sakes associate was fantastic. Very helpful and made sure I got exactly what I needed and best value. Highly recommended. Absolute worst Brick warehouse. They sales consultants are as rude as they can get. They will sell you defective products and do not abide by the 3 day/7 day satisfaction rule. I've bought many products from various Brick warehouses but this is by far the worst. Such an unprofessional facility.
purchased bunkbeds nov 20th, was told 5-10 days for delivery. I said i needed at least 10 days because i'm ordering mattresses from sleep country too that will be delivered the 6th.They couldn't reach me(the kids and i have had the flu),didn't leave a voicemail and didn't call back the next day to tell me they're still waiting on the shipment and likely won't be in until the 13th at the earliest to the 20th of dec.
