We had a GFCI receptacle in our bathroom and ensuite which was malfunctioning. Why? Well, Gords Electric was called and Scotty arrived and commenced tracking down the unknown reason for the faulted circuit. Through methodical elimination and isolating the panel to the one breaker, Scotty found a previous installer had not tightened a terminal screw on the neutral bushbar in the panel on the subject wire which was then corrected. Success. The GFCI now functions as it should. Scotty explain
