I was looking for the address to put on my GPS for our appointment today (I’m terrible with directions, even when I’ve been somewhere before) and saw the negative reviews. Dr.Heimpel has been fantastic with my young son. He took to her very quickly, which is not often the case with new people. She has gone out of her way to make a visit work during this pandemic. 5 Stars plus.

Exceptionally warm and caring. Provided the most detailed psychological assessment I’ve seen. She was thoughtful and engaging with our 4 year old.

1 star does not do justice to the negative experience I had on behalf of this place. It's $170 an hour price tag will only add to your issues not alleviate them. Regarding my negative experience, I was threatened to have the police show up because I refused to let the therapist talk to my mother during a session that was intended for me. This place is way too concerned with money versus actually helping people.

Dr Sara Heimpel had treat me and my son for in-different. We both see her and hope she can help us both getting closer. Before we see her my son and I are both talking. After seeing Dr Heimpel my son and I are drifted apart further. I left her and seek other help but my son remain seeing her. Now my is getting worst to the point he couldn't function and have to quick school. I would not recommended anyone to see her. For your sake and your family sake don't see her. 1 bad comment = 10 who didn't
