Windows by Installer provided me a detailed report with his findings and photographs. Alex refused to take any money as this kind of crappy workmanship is not tolerable and as a courtesy he wanted to provide this service to me.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. I contact multiple window companies for quotes and chose WINDOWS BY INSTALLER . I can honestly say it was the best decision I could have made. The windows arrived in the timeframe that they said they would. I was worried due to covid they would arrive late. I was initially told that it would take two days for instillation the guys finished in 1 day. Everyone was very professional. Really happy that I chose WINDOWS by INSTALLER .
