    Rude managers (female Chinese of 26 Olive but housed at 28 Olive and male White, her manager, housed at 26 Olive). Both have same lunch hours, would only want to deal with you after lunch when you go and see them, provide evasive answers over the phone when you call and when you try to find proper answers, cut you off and ignore the phone when you immediately call back.
