This is my first time doing a home appraisal and was uncomfortable on what to expect. After contacting several AIC approved appraisers, Frontier was the only one to make me feel at ease and comfortable while providing excellent service over the phone. Onsite, he was just as friendly. He answered all my questions and was more than willing to offer professional suggestions and ideas. He was thorough and efficient. The appraisal document was very detailed. I can't wait to hire Frontier again to re-appraise my house after the renovations. GREAT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND VERY FRIENDLY.
