BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, PERIOD.

Had a really bad customer experience with Chris. Chris doesn't really care about customer service as he originally promised me to pick up the used appliance (he has originally promised). I was so frustrated because the only reason I bought from him because he told me that he will pick up my used appliance. As a result, I have to do that my own and have a very difficult time doing it myself because I don't have tools. I don't think he is a trusted person, I will NEVER buy from him EVER again.

Just bought a Whirlpool stove from them, it's 40% off compared to Sears. I'm living in Newmarket, they still charge me $50 for delivery & taking my old one away too. No messy, good service, highly recommend.
