Consistent calls, ignoring my verbal refusal to listen to them.
I also find the non stop repeated calls annoying. Its a pain in the ass having to repeatedly cancel the incoming calls while Im at work everyday especially. I already get email notices on whats happening regarding my telus account yet still also feeling harassed by the calls even when my account is in good standing.
Telus, I received a call from your agent, very accented English, very difficult to understand, had to ask for a repeat almost every time he spoke. Partially my ears but mostly his accent. If Telus wants to interest me in a plan please ensure I can understand what is being offered!!!
This was a call from a call centre in India. The first call was to sell a security system which I declined. We were called a second time. One no to this call centre should be enough! I DONT WANT TELUS HOME SECURITY.
Keep phoning but no one there when you say hello...even when they call back almost immediately there is no one there to respond to saying hello!
