Probably the busiest chinese buffet in town, and with good reason. The food is good and constantly refilled during the lunch hour, so you know it is always fresh.
The staff at the Sun Wah was not friendly or curteous. I found myself thinking who chooses the people who work there. Horrible service was what I received with my meal as apposed to a fortune cookie. If you do not like greasy food I strongly suggest you do not dine there.
The Sun Wah Restraunt does not offer any tool/utensil to crack open the crab legs that they offer on the buffet. I think that is a pretty cleaver tactic to prevent people from enjoying and gorging on loads of crab. By the end of your eating experience you will walk out of there with callouses on your fingers! They do not replenish the chaffing dish of crab often either! If you are going to offer crab on the buffet, stick to your guns and provide it! If you are mainly vegetarian, forget eating here! This buffet was created for meat eater's! If you want 'real' won-ton soup..you won't get it at the Sun Wah! If you like a broth made from chicken boullion cubes..you will love it! They do offer a few nice looking meat and vegetable dishes. Unfortunately, none of them had any flavour. Where is the garlic and ginger? Attention: All Salt and Grease Lover's... Sun Wah offers a wide variety of deep fried num-nums and plenty of salty dishes for all..or perhaps it is our good o'l friend msg! I know I am being a 'tad' harsh..but I am just being honest. For the average person that just likes a greasy meat loving time..you will love it. For the people who like flavour and quality..you may be disapointed! For the price...not worth it!
The service was terrible. We got one tiny glass of water to drink, and the server did not come back to ask us if we wanted a refill. As well the food was really greasy. I think it was overpriced for their selection of food and the service was terrible considering how many people seemed to be working.
