This company really is the worst. It is now 8 months and $400 spent to get our stove fixed. They have been to our house twice: once to diagnose the problem and once to replace the part. They showed up with the wrong part (which I paid for) and have not been back since. That was in January and it’s now August. They have not showed up for 3 appointments since. They never give an exact time, no one ever answers the phone, and they simply don’t show up. Our stove still is not functioning.
Probably the worst company i have ever dealt with! Whirlpool set up service under warranty for my Senior parents and they are getting calls that they will not do anything without cash FIRST then calling to claim work is done and yes more money! Repeated attempts to correct this despite how many times Whirlpool calls or I CALL...the BRAND NEW Kitchenaid Refrigerator, my moms last nice fridge IS STILL BROKEN AFTER 3 MONTHS. Formal complaint has been filed with Whirlpool. Im done.
Caused water damage to my brand new cabinets because the tech forgot to cap my dishwasher drain... brand new cabinet water damaged because of absolute insolence, confronted the tech on it and all he said was sorry.... Not the last they will be hearing of me!
They should close...service is terrible!
I used to be one of the most loyal customers then after some time I notice the Quality go down over the past four years I get that Saul sold the business but I don't recommend it for I have found that it more of a quick fix instead of a time fix and when my dishwasher broke over the Christmas holidays a few years back they worn't opend for then. I have gratefully found someone else Who is local and believes in what M&S use to do Quality over speed.
Astoundingly bad customer service. As they are the local Whirlpool reps, I suppose they feel they can treat customers badly and there's nothing you can do if you want warranty service. M&S ran us around for weeks about a part we ordered from them, saying it was en route when it had not even been sourced from the states. Took weeks more to get it, by which time we had already had another local company come in and do the work quickly and efficiently. I would NEVER use this company again.
service guy came 3 times and 2xs the "wrong " part was ordered. Has been almost a month. They say the part is on its way ..... whatever! Terrible customer service . The money i have spent taking clothes out to wash , i could have bought the part and had installed . Would have saved alot of aggravation. Bad bad customer service. Seriously how long to order a small door part?!?!?!?!?!?!
