This is the 4th vehicle we have bought or leased through St. Thomas Ford, Lincoln Sales in St. Thomas, ON. They have always done us right and taken care of us through the years. And when something goes wrong, which can’t always be helped, they always go above and beyond to make it right. John was amazing, the man had planned time off and when we came in to purchase our new 2018 Ford F-150, he wanted to deliver it himself and requested that the vehicle be ready the next day!

I had a great salesman named Mitch who was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and was very helpful explaining all the electronics in the 2017 Ruby Red Escape Titanium I bought.
