The only issue I have with Purolator is that, in my opinion, the drivers don't wait long enough after knocking or ringing the doorbell. This isn't a Purolator only issue. Canada Post and any other service seems to have the same issue. I understand the drivers can't wait around all day for slow moving people, but I have heard them, gone to the door, and watched the truck drive away. Have been very happy with politeness and friendliness of drivers and store front staff.
you should try to contact the receiver if you can't read address to deliver to. you know, the place you deliver to ever day M-F!!!!!!!!!

according to your call center, local people didn't even attempt to deliver or make contact to anyone. Just returned to sender. All info was correct. Good thing you have contract with providing vendor. so you miss a few.... nice.
