Every time I get work done, I’m very satisfied. I even went with an issue with my trailer brakes. They spent over an hour confirming that it was my trailer at fault, not the communication between my truck system and the trailer. There was no charge for their efforts. Trustworthy and efficient. I would highly recommend them for both sales and service.
I recently purchased a new 2019 Ford F-150 from Smyls Highland Ford. Right from the get-go the salesman, Andrew Addante, was courteous and attentive and he knew the product. He answered all questions and offered a test drive. They appraised my trade-in higher than another dealer and we did the deal. All other staff were also great to deal with, no mess-ups, great service, great price! I highly recommend buying from this dealership.
Highland Ford has always appreciated my business and has always respected me as well . I have been a customer since 1989 and have always had excellent work ethics and politeness from the staff. This is true even with new staff so their training must be based on the customer .
