Terrible customer...
Terrible customer service!! I actually cut my losses and cancelled the service to go with another provider. Virgin has shady billing tactics with mystery extra charges. Try and reach customer service? Take the day off and expect to be on hold for long periods of time. The first line of customer service reps are friendly but are powerless and lack knowledge and refer you to a second line of reps who- ironically- they can't connect you to. Quit while you're ahead!!
