Over the past three years we have had a project to replace all our windows and doors. Our project was completed this spring.
The installers on all three years of work provide professional and friendly installation and treated our home with the upmost respect. Cleanup was always exceptional.

Find another company. We had our master bedroom window quoted. Originally it was 8 weeks delivery. After 8 weeks we called to find out when our window was going to be installed, and were told that it would be longer. No communication whatsoever. After 21 weeks the installers showed up, but the window was built to the wrong dimensions and couldn't be installed. They genuinely do not care about customer satisfaction, and they do not return phone calls.
My windows we're installed in May 2013. Cold air was blowing in once winter came. I called and after 3 visits,over 2 winters one showed they put the wrong isulation around the windows, second visit they could see a hole from the inside to the outside because they were not aligned properly and the third visit showed there wasn't any insulation at all behind the window frames and sills. The bedroom seems to be ok but the bathroom is not. It is now 2015 and still an issue. It has been 2 years.

Mixed experience. Great product and great installers who knew what they were doing. However, the sales rep misrepresented the delivery date and the owner wouldn't return calls. When finally reached didn't offer any remedy except "Do you want a refund?" By the time I reached the owner, it was far too late to change. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
