The inspector missed that the roof was unserviceable, and rainfall immediately damaged a large part of the ceiling. Upon contacting the company about this critical omission, and to ask them to identity the problem area so that I could fix the issue, they said they would come, then proceeded never to reply again. Their promise of continuing service is false. Further, they missed an asbestos panel within the wall and exposed electrical wiring that was not up to standard. Completely incompetent.
We used Dunbar as buyers and when we sold, the new buyers also used them. They didn't notice things they should have and they had issues with things that multiple other professionals did not. They ended up costing the new buyers money because their insurance wouldn't cover them until they had an HVAC "fix" an issue Dunbar found that the HVAC says was not an issue at all.
Find someone else to inspect your home's, these guys will just cost you more money in the long run.
