I hired Justin a couple years ago for bits of roof. Was good. In late 2017, the whole roof needed to be done. He was having a bad time missed his timelines, and his truck was in the shop constantly. He did my entire roof shingles well. But then I paid him because he needed the money - before he was done - and he left all the roof garbage around my house. When it thawed enough i had to have it hauled away ($1000). He basically ghosted me except for a couple texts saying he’d by by. He owes me

I had a roof leak on my 3 year old house and called this company, and had a great experience dealing with Justin. He responded to my email quickly, and came same day to inspect for the leak. He provided proof of insurance upfront. He found the issue and had it fixed within two hours. Accepts credit payments with receipt, warranty, and pictures sent through email. Be aware of this company, I had very bad experience hiring a guy called Justin. He agreed to clean all ice and snow from roof top of my property in Ottawa and detect the cause of water leak in roof that was affecting the units below. This guy did not complete the job as agreed, broke ice for just a portion of the roof and left the ice in the roof without removing. It was evident from the picture he sent after hes done. He was not able to detect any crack or leak in the roof.

I have dealt with Justin a few times for various repairs on the roof/fascia/soffit on my home from damage caused by animals. I was very happy with the service and had him recently re-shingle my full roof, as well as install a Sun Tunnel and a Solar Pool Heater. The new roof looks great, and cleanup done well. The Sun Tunnel is spectacular! It lets a lot of natural sunlight in and spreads it farther than my friends skylight with the energy star diffuser kit at a fraction of the total cost!!

I had watermarks on my roof in Kanata. I called up Justin and he came within an hour. He identified a few areas that need to work on and gave me a detailed quote with price breakdown (along with photos). I had the flexibility to choose what I wanted to do, or do a combo at a discount. After work was done, he gave me a detailed invoice with before/after photos. Well communicated over text and email. Recommended as an honest and fair contractor.

If you looking for someone that is honest, reliable and reasonably priced! Call Justin. He repaired my roof cap while I was away at office. He even checked to make sure that other shingles were not loose. He sent me before and after pictures of the work. Great work!

Our roof caps blew off earlier this week. We contacted Justin who got back to us right away and quickly came over and assessed the damage. He did not have the exact colour of shingles with him so he temporally patched the roof and came back the next morning with the right ones. You cannot tell there was any damage or work done. We highly recommend Justin!
