I advise you to go around this store strictly. Terrible service, not competent sellers. They imposed ski boots 1 size smaller and ski poles 5 centimeters shorter, because my sizes were not available. I said it wasn't my size, but I was convinced that I was wrong. Only 80% of the cost was returned. I'll never come back.
After buying $800 in equipment this winter, I went to the store with a flat tire I got from bicycling on the Canal Rideau. The young guy refused to help out by changing my tube ($5) because I had no cash on me even after saying that I would come to reimburse them. By chance there was a decent taxi driver who understood my dilemma and brought me back home (I paid upon arrival). I will never go back to this store.
This location sticks to their word. I was quoted one amount and then a higher amount but after speaking with the manager there was no intention of changing the quote. My bike had some issues and they agreed to solve them at no extra cost. I should also add that I was greeted at the store with kind and pleasant staff. Even the technician took time out to look at my bike and assured me of a speedy turnaround to have it ready to ride. This is going to be the place I recommend to all my bike buddies.
