Every time I go in to buy my dog and cat food I have a wonderful experience. The owners are great they are very personable and will answer all your questions.

I had our dog groomed and the person grooming our dog was late and because of this decided to rush through grooming him. He smelt like a wet dog and not freshly groom and no de-shedding was done. Very disappointed and we took our dog to another groomer within a hour after and he was done again.

I had never been in this location before and as the owner of a new pup I was happy to have a pet store so close to home. I went in with my pup with full intent of purchasing several needed items. The 2 employees working were rude and insulting so I left immediately. I spent my $ at Petsmart. I called several times to reach the owner with no success, they don't care. I just wanted to let the owner know his rude help chased out one of the 5 or 6 people who was in that day.
