Came for an oil change. Open sign lit up but nobody home. Asked around and was suggested the guy was grabbing lunch. Waited 30 minutes and another car pulls in. All of a sudden a man is outside offering the other car's occupant an oil change and disregarding me, who he admitted saw me when I pulled in. What a waste of time.
