Excellent Service!

I twisted my ankle playing in a recreational soccer league early in the summer. When I tried to get up and play it off for the remainder of the game, it only made the situation worse. My family doctor recommended I visit a sports physio clinic to help with rehab after noticing the area around my lateral malleolus was swollen like a small tangerine. After visiting Glen Abbey Physiotherapy, I can honestly say the entire rehab experience has been so welcoming because Jason and France were always happy to see me, while being empathetic to my injury. Within three weeks of the injury, I could start light jogging and slowly was able to return to my soccer team before the end of the summer. The rehab program and light exercises they designed for me was specifically designed to my lifestyle and was very easy to adapt to. I highly recommend Glen Abbey Physiotherapy for anybody with sports related injuries!

Making A Difference

I began seeing Dr. Steve to alleviate chronic headaches and dizziness I was experiencing. I had great results, so great in fact that not only my mom, but my grandmother both went to Dr. Steve to help with their aches and pains! You really don't have to live with pain or discomfort, and you can enjoy all the activities you love!!

Great physiotherapists --- Jason fixed me up GREAT

4 months of platar faciiitis pain cured in less then a month. Jason and France are Great. My MD just prescribed me harder and harder drugs to no avail. Great work. Clinic is in Nottinghill Family Wellness Centre , great place, great atmosphere!

Having played competitive hockey my whole life, I always thought it was like riding a bike, you never forget. However, after taking a few seasons off, I jumped right back into it; big mistake. Although the mind was willing, my hamstring said no! At first, I thought it was just a minor pull; after a week or so, I knew something was wrong. A friend suggested that I visit Glen Abbey; having never gone to physio, I did so with a little trepidation. From the onset I knew I was in good hands. Drs France and Jason have been nothing but the best; and the whole staff is quite courteous and sets you at ease. I am happy to say that I am back playing hockey again, and I am quite certain that it is only due to the experienced and professional health care which I received. Thanks Glen Abbey!

Suffered with tennis elbow

I was diagnosed with tennis elbow last fall. I have been suffering with pain since then and have attended multiple practitioners but I still experienced pain every once in a while. I figured I tried every other physiotherapy place why not try Glen Abbey Physiotherapy. France took me in right away, did a full assessment and started treating me right away. I was given appropriate exercises for stretching and strengthening the muscles around the elbow. Now that my elbow is stronger and healed I am able to pick up my kids with no hesitation. Thank you France for allowing me to live pain free.
