Dr Peter Ngo Weston Humber Dental

This dentist Dr. Peter Ngo usually come to work late in the morning and his mother is the receptionist sometime. His mom is very aggressive and they often have arguements = not professional. So you will have to wait a while to see the dentists. He complains that he works too much and no vacation. He pushed me many times to get my old fillings replaced to upsell to make more $$. Later on I found out the fillings are not necessary!

1. Had us pay cash until our insurance paid them but then would not reimburse us the entire amount we had paid. 2. When we tried to go to another dentist for a second opinion he would not send records and we would have to come in to get our x-rays. Not a thing. Can email dental x-rays easily from clinic to clinic. 3. My kid was in for fillings - now has a big hole where the supposed filling was. Go elsewhere!!

A disaster of a business run facility. It is the most unprofessional and the most uncharacteristic attitude for a dentist. I would NEVER trust my dental health to this individual!! EVER!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. If i could give minus stars i would. The dentist Peter Ngo is extremely rude, arrogant and downright disrespectful. He walked off as i was trying to explain my concerns about xrays being mandatory for my six year old. He talked over me and refused to hear me out about my concerns, which are valid based on the ALARA prinicple. This is not the way a health PROFESSIONAL behaves. Xrays are being forced down people's throats as a money making gimmick.

AVOID THIS DENTAL...

AVOID THIS DENTAL OFFICE AT ALL COSTS as it FAILS TO DISPLAY ANY DEGREE OF PROFESSIONALISM AND PROVIDE ITS CLIENTS WITH PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My daughter had an appointment scheduled to check upon a previous filling. As we arrived, we were told to take a seat and wait. 40 minutes later, the rude staff told us the dentist just left for lunch while we were waiting and gave us 2 options: 1. to rebook our appointment for the next day or 2. to wait another 1 ½ hrs for him to return from lunch.
