Horrible service from Celine. I asked a basic question about why my funds were being put on a 5 day hold. She rolled her eyes as if I was asking too many questions and basically told me it was because she is new and doesn’t see regularity in the check. It is a quarterly commission check and I have over double the amount of the funds in another account. It wasn’t what she said but how she said it. Never going into this branch again. This is why most of my banking is done at scotia.
