Chelsea is a laid back restaurant with lots of charm and excellent food. We have been coming here for lunch for years and are always made welcome by the friendly host and are never disappointed. The grilled trout is particularly tasty as is the chicken mandarin salad favoured by my wife. During cold weather we love the home made carrot and ginger and potato leek soups followed by the tasty liver and onions or the hearty steak and kidney pie. The bumbleberry pie will round off your dining pleasure.
The Chelsea gives excellent value for money. Try it and you will find yourself repeating the pleasant experience.
Simple sophistication discovered in Port Credit through the Entertainment Book. All dishes we tried were flavourful and presented to match the ambience in this historical home. We found the portions to be smaller than our liking but satisfying. Plenty of parking, superb service and the dinner crowd Saturday evening held many regulars which our server Carole addressed by name. Her humour certainly made us welcome. Since it is a small place, reservations would be wise as well as patience for a fine relaxing meal. Casual attire in our collared shirts, khaki shorts & sandals. [3.5 out of 5]
