Worst customer service ever. Provided an initial price when we were negotiating, then at the time the job was done, there was a surcharge because I was using credit card. Which was not mentioned previously. Not to mention the lack of responsibility. Gave then the pictures to be framed, told me it will take 3 days. Did not hear from him for a week. I call and they tell me it will be a few more days. Then again never called me, I had to call again and ask. At the end, it took a month and a half to get back my pictures. And all these time I had to keep calling back to ask about the work. The owner just didn't even bother to let us know.
DO NOT RECOMMENT THIS SHOP AT ALL.
My cousin bought canvas art from them while ago and she was very happy with the quality and service. Based on my her recommendation, I bought Groupons from Double Wings Art and have my canvases framed by them which are so beautiful. They did them in two weeks with such good quality. I will recommend to everyone.
