Bought a washer and dryer on Oct 4 apparently dryer has been in twice already and turned because they were damaged is what we were told and of course our washer was suppose to finally be in yesterday but sales guy told us was not scanned yet and called them again today sales guy isnt in today and they cant find it so 4 months wait for bought and paid for on Oct 4 and just get excuse after excuse .not happy with there updates or even follow ups and I have phoned them every date they would give me
DISASTER! I ordered appliances on September 29th, 2020 and told they should be in by late December. My delivery date is on February 5th, 2021 and I called January 20th, 2021 to pay the final payment to find out 2 of the 6 appliance are in. No delay notice, courtesy call or anything prior to that, not even when I called late November to change the delivery date.

Went in to the service department and ask for a generic stove part. She did not want to waste her time helping. I’ve never seen an employee turn away a sale on behalf of the store. I’ve never been so polite in my life yet turned away so rudely. SMH.
I purchased 3 appliances from TA and had them delivered into my house. After removing the blue tape and wrap from the sides of the oven it had clearly been damaged. A tech came out and said the damage is not just external, but internal as well. I am being told it’s not TAs problem. So good luck with TA everyone! AND beware.
