Excellent service; you will actually speak to a technical support person directly and they will walk you through trouble shooting. Cannot say enough good things about this company.
WTC COMMUNICATION has serious connection problems. Terrible pixellating problems that they do not know how to address.
The ONLY reason they get the second star is because they have not charged me for the 7.yes 7 visits thus far. Save your money. Overpriced and not up to standards
Great company, been with them for 5 years now, very competitive rates. Only had technical issues once and they were super fast to remedy it. I'm willing to wager all those leaving bad reviews are customers cut off for non-payment. I will never go back to big companies like Bell or Cogeco again... nothing like being able to swing by the office and speak with the people you've been dealing with on the phones.
