Excellent service as always. Food was fabulous. We missed our usual waiter Dan, he always made the experience more pleasureable. So happy to be dining there again.
Best Pork Souvlaki and fantastic Potatoes
My husband and I go to Grecos occasionally, and have always enjoyed it completely. The flaming cheese appetizer is a must try! Great way to begin the meal. We have always found the food to be wonderful and the staff to be attentive and fun. For those who've had bad experiences . . . I think it deserves a second chance. We've never been disappointed! (Oh, and it is always hopping-busy, so I think others are enjoying it too.)
We eat here a number of times every week - lunch when convenient and most often, dinner. The food, coffee and service are great. Everything is fresh & cooked to order. Friendly, professional, informed staff. We tend to eat dinner late which is a good thing because this restaurant can be very busy during prime hours - another indication of good food & loyalty of customers. Make a reservation if you can or go later in the evening. You will return!
We went out last night for dinner at Grecos on Princess street, in Kingston. The chef and owner, Jim, was so great, welcoming and generous! The food was excellent at an excellent price! Unbelievable!! We recommend it to anyone, we go out a lot, travel a lot, have developed culinary taste and knowledge, and I can assure you they serve top quality food in a unique way. Mediterranean food was great, we had sauteed shrimps, with flambe cheese, the waiters shouting a "HOPPA"!!! We had fun, the decor is cozy, the place is clean, and the waiters are professionals, which add a lot to the experience. Make sure you reserve ahead of time!! Enjoy!! Jim, hope you can visit in Montreal and enjoy the food as much as the one you cook! Thanks again for the experience, we'll remember Kingston with you and your resto on top of our memories.
