    Terrible Experience with Mermaid Limo Service

    DO NOT use Mermaid Limo Service. They are unreliable. We booked shuttle to take wedding guests back to hotel after wedding. We wanted our guests to enjoy themselves & not worry about driving. Contract signed, paid in full... Lori (rude & unprofessional) called at 7pm the night before the wedding to tell the bride "ya, we couldn't find a driver". No apology...nothing. Fortunately we found another company w/ nicer buses & cheaper. Trust me, go with a limo service you can rely on. NOT Mermaid Limo!

    Mermaid limo was great. On time with amazing drivers. I've used them a few times. Great service. Highly recommend.
