$18.00 for curry is too much.I went expecting a new look and a new menu. Instead we got the same old curry but at an increased price.Okay but what else. Some sauce , some rice and a bit of meat not worth the money. The server forgot many things and didn't know the wine list or liqueurs. I understand a learning curve but do you have to do it at my expense?

The beer was excellent. My steak, which I ordered Blue Rare came medium well (ruined). My wife happened to catch that the steak meal came with rice not potato. I tried to get the attention of the Waiter (I think the manager or owner) and after having to get up and go to him I requested potatoes (I hate rice especially with steak). When the meal came it was with rice and now had to wait for the potatoes to show up. My meal was a desaster! My wife's meal she said was not bad. The service, what there was of it left a lot to be desired. We waited a long time to put our orders in and, for our meals to arrive. No salad or bread arrived for us to nibble on while we waited. For the money we paid, I thought at least a salad would come with the meals.

Well..just goes to show you that a make over does not the restaurant make. What happened to the humble owners and the caring staff. I don't think it's appropriate to raise your prices to pay for your renovations. And, hey...that's the last time your waiters will look down their noses at me.It's not enough to scribble down an order and remove my dirty dishes. There is more to service. Tips are not automatic!

I enjoyed the food, tasted good.. not worth the money. I paid $17 for half a cup of rice, a bit of buttered chicken and no vegetables. The waitress seemed a bit clueless and she mixed up our meals. I hear that they've increased the prices to compensate for the renovations.. I doubt I'll be going any time soon.
