Seating is often a little awkward and cramped in here, but it's such a comfortable and cute place, we forgive it.
Servers are pleasant without being overly chatty or casual. Sometimes the food takes a little longer than we'd expect.
Menu is limited, but there's always been a "special" on the board that sounds tasty when I've been there.
This was our first time in this beautiful pub. We heard a bit about the history of the building which added to our experience. The server was attentive and looked as if she really enjoyed her work. The steak was exactly as we asked for it and the sticky toffee pudding was scrumptious! The selection of beers on tap was unusual, some we had never heard of so we will definitely be back for more.
The service was fine, it did take a long time between the soup and the main course maybe because we got there a little before noon.
I enjoyed my shepperds pie, my friend thought her burger was tasteless.
We found this restaurant through a friend. the beer battered fish & chips are excellent. The liver was 2 thin portions which were just the right size for a senior to have. The chicken wings are also greta here. The service is excellent and friendly. The food is served quickly and is hot. Refreshments are brought to the table promptly and staff take the time to check for approval on the meals and drinks.
The prices are good and the selection of beers is good.

What a fantastic night we had last evening at the Shepherds Crook. It was the first day of the Homecoming and it was packed. Great service, great entertainment and the food was wonderful. I love this place. There isn't any other place in Georgetown that compares with it.
