Its pleasure to go this place... Good people...Good service...

Owner charged too high for a mediocre/basic facial. The comment on sneakiness of the owner echoes with my experience as well. I was made to wait half an hour on the name of 5 minutes and charged too high on the name of an O2 facial, which actually is not the o2 facial, when this place does not even have equipment for that technique and a very basic facial was provided. The premises itself is stinky and the towels etc looked like old dirty rags! Certainly avoid going here!

During my visit, I found that the Owner was not interested in customer satisfaction and being upfront, honest and loyal to the clients. Instead she acted sneaky by telling me a different price for services over the phone and as I walked in, and charged me a much higher price at the end. Most services were overpriced for the mediocre quality and outdated service that I had received. I had a facial done that was really harsh and, my face continued to peel and be red for Weeks afterwards!!!

I been there and I felt really good and Jenny did really really good job on Ma hair she cut and gave me perfect highlight.. All staff is really good.. Salomi Rama Heena Parul and Bhumi .. All are perfect in their work... And one more thing d old place(Kiran beauty spa and saloon) is not connected with Jenny (Kiran beauty parlour) so everyone come here one tym you all gonna love n feel comfortable there.. ??????

I went to have my hair done at this place and it is hands down one of the best places I've been to. Jenny did my hair and she did exactly what I had wanted. The rest of the staff are very courteous and professional. I would definetly recommend this tiny little gem to everyone.
