What you pay for is a lot less than what you get.
Dry Firewood did not bring me the amount of wood I paid for and they promised. I stacked the firewood and discovered I had about 1 and 2/3rd cords. It was suppose to be two and a third cords, which is about 300 cubic feet, instead it is 192 cubic feet including air spaces. When I called the vendor, he tried to say his trailer is 300 cubic feet and everyone knows there is air in a cut and split cord. However, when I ordered I asked how much wood would be in the load, and he said his trailer holds 2 and a third cords and that is a full load. I only have about a cord and and a half of actual wood! Now I am short wood for the winter and paid 150 bucks too much, plus I tipped him 30 bucks for the gas! Call Dry Firewood if you want to pay for 100 cubic feet of air in your wood order. So far the vendor is not interested in resolving the complaint with a refund or with more wood.
