A friend recommen...

A friend recommended that I purchase my night tables from Urban Accents because they had the style that I was looking for and they are not expensive compared to other furniture stores. I have gone out of my way to create an account so that I can post this review because I would like to warn future customers of this store that the quality of their products is terrible and their customer service is WORSE.

Never Shop from them - Waste of time and $$$$

Worst experience, I have spent $5000 to buy furniture, They mentioned at the time of delivery check every thing but their delivery guy (worst person) said I don't have time to open box and show you each piece and if any issues you contact the shop. My mistake I trusted , so glass side table with cracks and I called - for 3 days response that they will get back and finally free advice to have this replaced on my expense Does not cover anything and it's my fault I have mishandled the furniture
